高职院校改革推进的同时,社会也加大了对高职院校人才需求力度,高职院校思想政治教育工作是高职院校重视的问题。思想政治教育工作是重点内容之一,和专业教学具有相等的地位。当前思想政治教学流于形式,枯燥而乏味,不易实现既定的教育目的,教育魅力的展现更是困难。本文结合当前高职院校思想政治教育工作出现的问题做分析,由此提出相关解决方案,以更好地呈现高职院校思想政治教育工作育人魅力。
At the same time of the reform and advancement of higher vocational colleges, society has also stepped up the demand for qualified personnel in higher vocational colleges. The ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges is a priority for vocational colleges. Ideological and political education is one of the key content, and professional teaching have equal status. At present, the ideological and political teaching is in the form of dullness and boring. It is not easy to realize the established educational goal. It is even more difficult to show the charm of education. Based on the analysis of the problems in the current ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges, this paper proposes relevant solutions to better present the charm of ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges.
