随着新课改的不断实施和深入,我国越来越提倡素质教育,也更加强调对学生“德智体美”全面发展。而小学作为学生打下坚实基础的初级阶段,在小学教学管理中,应该注重运用情感教育培养小学生健康乐观的心态和良好的思想品质,这有利于小学生的健康成长,也能够为他们培养正确的人生观、价值观和世界观埋下“萌芽”。本文首先介绍了情感教育的相关内容,并阐述了情感教育在小学教学管理中的意义,同时分析和探究在小学教学管理中情感教育的开展路径,希望提出的有效策略能够促进情感教育在小学教学管理中的应用。
