一、会议概况 1991年第13届IEEE GaAs IC讨论会于10月20日至24日在美国加州Monterey市举行。会议共有四个主要组成部分:GaAs IC产品成功应用实例分析短训班;1991年GaAs可靠性研讨会(笔者未参加);GaAs IC产品、设备展示会和GaAs IC讨论会。GaAs IC讨论会共收到论文150篇,录用77篇。其中来自美国51篇,其它地区26篇,特邀报告8篇,总计85篇,内容广泛涉及微波电路、数字电路、工艺等方面,会议代表近700人。
I. Overview of the Conference In 1991, the 13th IEEE GaAs IC Symposium was held in Monterey, California from October 20 to October 24. There are four main components of the conference: the successful application of GaAs IC product examples short training classes; 1991 GaAs reliability seminar (the author did not attend); GaAs IC products, equipment exhibition and GaAs IC seminar. GaAs IC seminar received a total of 150 papers, hired 77 articles. Including 51 from the United States, 26 from other regions, 8 invited reports and a total of 85 articles, covering a wide range of topics including microwave circuits, digital circuits and processes. The conference represented nearly 700 people.
