社会经济的发展,促使城市化脚步不断加快,工民建工程量也在不断加大。工业与民用建筑要求的特殊性使得对工程的技术、质量要求在不断提高。施工技术与施工质量对工程项目、建筑物本身都有着严重的影响,施工阶遗留下的质量问题,随时可能影响工业生产以及人们的日常生活。本文主要针对工民建施工技术与质量优化方面进行探讨。
The development of society and economy has prompted the pace of urbanization to continue to accelerate and the volume of construction work undertaken by workers and civilians also continues to increase. The particularity of the requirements of industry and civil construction makes the technical and quality requirements of the project continuously improve.
