目的进一步提高核医学放射防护安全水平,实现规范化管理。方法根据ISO9000标准质量管理体系要求,对照医院和科室实际情况,设计质量体系文件,包括:质量手册及通用文件、程序文件、核医学工作文件、质量记录表。结果 ISO9000质量管理体系实施几年来,保证了患者放射防护安全,规范了医疗行为,医疗服务质量不断提高,有效防范了医疗风险。结论 ISO9000质量管理体系应用到核医学放射防护管理中,实现了管理标准化、规范化,有效促进了科室管理水平的提升。
Objective To further improve the safety level of nuclear medicine radiological protection and achieve standardized management. Methods According to the requirements of the ISO9000 quality management system, the quality system documents were designed according to the actual conditions of the hospitals and departments. The quality manuals, the general documents, the procedure documents, the nuclear medicine work documents and the quality record sheets were designed. Results The implementation of ISO9000 quality management system in the past few years has guaranteed the radiological protection of patients, standardized the medical behaviors, continuously improved the quality of medical services and effectively prevented the medical risks. Conclusion The application of ISO9000 quality management system to the radiation protection and management of nuclear medicine has standardized and standardized management and effectively promoted the improvement of departmental management level.
