流动注射分析简称FIA(Flow Injection Analysis),是丹麦技术大学鲁齐卡(J.Ruzicka)教授和汉森(E.H.Hansen)副教授于1974年创立的一门新型分析技术。该技术具有分析速度快、精度高、设备及操作简单、节省试剂和试样及适应性广等优点。该技术在发展初期以快速测定样品中的单组分为主,但近年来开始朝同时测定试样中多组分的方向发展。从发表的文献来看,FIA的同时测定技术可分三类,一类是利用不同或相同的多个检测器,另一类是基于试样时间差,最后一类是利用样品中不同物质的化学动力学过程的差异。下面对其分别介绍。
Flow Injection Analysis (FIA), referred to as Flow Injection Analysis, was a new analytical technique that was established in 1974 by Professor J.Ruzicka and associate professor E.H.Hansen of the Technical University of Denmark. The technology has the advantages of fast analysis, high precision, simple equipment and operation, saving reagents and samples and wide applicability.
