本文采用 Cajal—Faworsky组织块镀银染色,对9例新生儿及3只成年狗的心脏窦房结的神经支配进行了光学显微镜观察,主要结果如下:1.在横切面上,窦房结近似三角形或梭形,可分三层:内层较致密,环绕窦房结动脉;中层呈网状;外层过渡至一般心肌。2.窦房结附近心外膜下广泛存在着神经节及神经纤维,两者组成窦房结心外膜下神经丛。窦房结内也见到丰富的神经丛。9例新生儿窦房结有4例见到结内神经节。本文还介绍了神经节及其细胞的形态特点。3.窦房结动脉入结后其中膜的外纵肌层消失,代之以弹力纤维及结组织,是否为压力感受器,有待进一步研究。

After the sinus node artery into the junction of the longitudinal muscle layer disappeared, replaced by elastic fibers and knot tissue, is a baroreceptor, pending further study.
