结对共建,谱好“交响曲”旅顺口区针对村、社区党员教育管理水平不同步、不同频的问题,开展了村与社区结对共建活动,通过基层组织共建、党员队伍共管、公益岗位共领等形式,城乡互动、携手共建。一是基层组织工作共建。通过党建互助,工作联动,推动村与社区党组织在制度建设规范化、阵地建设标准化、党员培养教育特色化等方面共建共享,共同提升;双方党组织每年双向互动开展两次组织生活,以讲党课、党员思想交流、互通党组织工作情况,共同探讨党建方面的经验和问题。二
