建立于DNA基础之上的分子标记对于作物改良具有重要作用。AFLP(Amplifiedfragmentlengthpolymorphism ,简称AFLP)国内译为扩增片段长度多态性 ,是一种DNA分子标记技术。利用这一方法 ,在不需要预先知道DNA序列信息的情况下就可以同时进行多数DNA酶切片断的PCR扩增。目前 ,该技术不仅在小麦、玉米、棉花和大豆等主要农作物上得以应用 ,而且在蔬菜 (番茄、马铃薯、鹰嘴豆等 )以及植物基因组研究的模式植物拟南芥上广泛应用。讨论了AFLP在主要作物的品种鉴定、遗传多样性分析、遗传作图、基因定位以及辅助选择等方面的应用进展。
Molecular markers based on DNA have an important role in crop improvement. AFLP (Amplified fragment length polymorphism, AFLP for short) is a DNA molecular marker technology. With this method, most DNA digestion fragments can be PCR amplified simultaneously without the need to know the DNA sequence in advance. At present, the technology is not only applied to the main crops such as wheat, corn, cotton and soybean, but also widely used in vegetables (tomato, potato, chickpea, etc.) and Arabidopsis thaliana, a model plant genomics research. The application progress of AFLP in varieties identification, genetic diversity analysis, genetic mapping, gene mapping and auxiliary selection of main crops were discussed.
