本文分析了JWES-2805评定焊接缺陷标准,并提出估计缺陷标准化、断裂参数与临界裂纹尺寸等的不确定性的办法。 用实例计算了有疲劳扩展情形的断裂概率及控制断裂参数的敏感性指标。
In this paper, JWES-2805 is introduced to evaluate the welding defect standards and the methods of estimating the uncertainty of the defect standardization, the fracture parameters and the critical crack size are proposed. An example is given to calculate the fracture probability and the sensitivity index to control the fracture parameters in case of fatigue expansion.
