本文对微波辅助法提取马齿苋多糖的工艺进行了研究,分析了提取温度、提取时间、料液比对马齿苋多糖得率的影响,确定了微波辅助提取马齿苋多糖的最佳工艺条件为60℃,料液比1 g/30 mL,提取10min。在此条件下的多糖得率为13.87%。
