生药有效成分中多存在光学异构体,但评价对映异构体的报道较少,而研究其生理活性对有效性的评价有重要意义。已知紫草用于治疗刀伤、烧伤、烫伤等,所以紫草的成分右旋紫草素及其光学异构体紫草素引起关注。右旋紫草素及紫草素为萘醌类色素之一,具有抗炎、抗菌及促进肉芽形成作用。本次以棉球法进行探讨,对大鼠给予右旋紫草素及紫草素,可促进肉芽形成,并从细胞学及组织学角度探讨了其作用机制。
There are many optical isomers in the active ingredients of crude drugs, but there are few reports on the evaluation of enantiomers, and the study of their physiological activity has important significance for the evaluation of effectiveness. It is known that comfrey is used for the treatment of knife wounds, burns, scalds, etc. Therefore, the components of comfrey, dextrochin and its optical isomer shikonin attract attention. Dexperimentin and shikonin are one of naphthoquinone pigments and have anti-inflammatory, antibacterial and granulation-forming effects. In this study, the cotton ball method was used to investigate the effect of zikonurin and shikonin on rat granulation. The mechanism of action was explored from the perspective of cytology and histology.
