目的探讨后腹腔镜联合经尿道等离子电气化切除术治疗上尿路尿路上皮癌的临床疗效。方法本次试验以我院2008年1月-2012年6月所收治的30例上尿路尿路上皮癌患者为试验对象,将患者随机分为对照组和试验组两组,对照组患者接受开放根治性手术治疗,试验组患者接受后腹腔镜和经尿道等离子电气化切除术联合治疗,对比分析两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果经过治疗,两组患者临床症状和体征都消失,其中试验组患者手术出血量、手术时间、住院时间和肠道功能恢复时间等都显著优于对照组患者（P〈0.05）。结论本次试验结果表明,后腹腔镜联合经
