1.前言众所周知,在钢的表面硬化法中,渗碳法是一种优良的热处理方法,它可以提高材料的耐磨性和疲劳强度,在机械零件的制造中得到了广泛的应用。目前,产业界有一种看法,即倾向于使产品轻、薄、短小化,因此要求所有的机器要小型化和高性能化,这就更加强烈地要求产品有高的耐久性和可靠性。因此,要使材料所能发挥的强度远远高于普通渗碳法所能得到的强度,就必须改善材料和热处理方法。
1. Preface As we all know, in the steel surface hardening method, carburizing method is an excellent heat treatment method, which can improve the material wear resistance and fatigue strength, the manufacture of mechanical parts has been widely used. At present, there is a perception in the industry that the tendency is to make the product lighter, thinner and smaller, thus requiring all machines to be miniaturized and high-performance, which more strongly requires the products to have high durability and reliability. Therefore, to make the strength of the material can be far higher than the strength of the ordinary carburizing method, we must improve the material and heat treatment methods.
