目的评价LEEP刀对各型慢性宫颈炎治疗及整形的临床效果。方法将临床确诊的各型慢性宫颈炎患者随机分为两组:1组(LEEP组)164例行LEEP环形切除术+整形术,2组(微波组)147例行传统的微波治疗。分析比较两组手术时间及术后恢复时间、治疗效果。结果LEEP治疗组手术时间短、术后恢复快,6周治愈率81.7%(134/164);8周治愈率98.2%(161/164)。微波治疗组6周治愈率13.6%(20/147),8周治愈率55.1%(81/147)。两组比较差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论LEEP刀治疗慢性宫颈炎具有手术时间短、术后恢复快、治愈率高的特点。
Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of LEEP knife on the treatment and shaping of various types of chronic cervicitis. Methods The patients with chronic cervicitis diagnosed clinically were randomly divided into two groups: one group (LEEP group) 164 cases underwent LEEP ring resection + plastic surgery, and two groups (microwave group) 147 conventional microwave treatment. Analysis and comparison of two groups of operation time and postoperative recovery time, the treatment effect. Results The LEEP treatment group had a shorter operative time and faster postoperative recovery. The curative rate was 81.7% (134/164) in 6 weeks and 98.2% (161/164) in 8 weeks. The microwave treatment group 6 weeks cure rate was 13.6% (20/147), 8 weeks cure rate was 55.1% (81/147). The difference between the two groups was statistically significant, P <0.05. Conclusion LEEP knife treatment of chronic cervicitis has a shorter operation time, faster recovery, the cure rate is high.
