经过多次实验,证明二氟二溴甲烷对小白鼠的精子生成起抑制作用,有良好的避孕效果。在有效避孕剂量下对机体其他器官的毒性作用不明显,尤其是不引起性功能的减退。停止用药后,经过一定时期精子生成能力又逐渐恢复。为了进一步证实二氟二溴甲烷的上述作用,为了过渡到更高一级动物作准备,特对家犬进行了实验,现将结果报道如下。材料及方法采用成年健康雄性家犬12只,体重为15～17公斤,分为四组,每组3只;第1、2、3
After several experiments, it was proved that difluorodibromomethane has inhibitory effects on sperm production in mice and has a good contraceptive effect. The toxic effects on other organs of the body under effective contraceptive doses are not significant, and in particular they do not cause the decline of sexual function.
