为了探讨国有企业如何引进三资企业机制问题,我们对无锡、苏州、南通和上海市的13家三资企业进行了调查。这些企业大多是与日本、美国、瑞士、英国等经济发达国家进行合资合作的,其中有5家企业有外方经理直接参与企业日常管理,所有的企业都参照国外管理模式并结合本企业实际建立了接近国外先进管理模式的新体制。可以说,这些企业的管理既吸纳了国外先进的管理经验,又保留了我国企业管理的一些优势,走出了一条洋为中用,中西结合的企业管理新路子,正在形成与国外管理模式不完全相同,又有中国三资企业特色的管理模式。这一模式与我国一些乡镇企业管理的模式都为我国国有大中型企业深化改革提供了借鉴意义。
In order to discuss how State-owned enterprises introduced the mechanism of foreign-funded enterprises, we investigated 13 foreign-funded enterprises in Wuxi, Suzhou, Nantong and Shanghai. Most of these companies are joint ventures and cooperation with economic developed countries such as Japan, the United States, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom. Among them, five companies have foreign managers who are directly involved in the daily management of the company. All of them have reference to foreign management models and combine with the actual establishment of the company. A new system that is close to foreign advanced management models. It can be said that the management of these enterprises not only absorbs advanced management experience from foreign countries, but also retains some advantages in the management of enterprises in China. It has developed a new approach to integrating foreign businesses with Chinese and Western companies. It is forming an incomplete foreign management model. In the same way, there is also a management model with Chinese characteristics of foreign-funded enterprises. This model and some of the modes of management of township and village enterprises in our country provide reference for the deepening reform of China’s state-owned large and medium-sized enterprises.
