党的十六大以来,青海省各级财政部门坚持以科学发展观统领财政工作全局,增强发展意识,转变理财思路,围绕促进经济发展、保障改善民生、维护社会稳定、提升管理服务水平,努力闯出了一条欠发达地区财政部门实践科学发展观的成功之路。一、坚持第一要务,力促经济平稳较快发展青海省各级财政部门将贯彻落实科学发展观同应对国际金融危机
Since the 16th National Congress of the CPC, the financial departments at all levels in Qinghai Province have insisted on using the Scientific Outlook on Development to lead the overall financial work, enhance their awareness of development and change their thinking on financial management so as to promote economic development, guarantee the improvement of people’s livelihood, maintain social stability and enhance management and service levels.
