八十年代,邓小平同志提出了发展是硬道理。对于推动和指导我国多项经济社会事业快速发展起到了决定性的作用。胡锦涛总书记提出了科学发展观的理论,党的十七大将科学发展观同马列主义、毛泽东思想、邓小平理论和“三个代表”重要思想,放在了一个同等重要的战略高度,将科学发展观作为指导我国当前和今后一段时期的重要纲领,统领我国的经济和社会建设。
In the 1980s, Comrade Deng Xiaoping proposed that development is the last word. This has played a decisive role in promoting and guiding the rapid development of many economic and social undertakings in our country. General Secretary Hu Jintao put forward the theory of the scientific concept of development. The 17th National Congress of the Party placed the scientific concept of development on an equally important strategic point with Marxism-Leninism, Mao Zedong Thought, Deng Xiaoping Theory and the important thinking of the “three represents.” As an important program to guide our current and future period of time, the scientific concept of development guides our economic and social construction.
