目的 :研究小儿醒胃液对食滞脾虚动物的作用机制。方法 :采用酚红定量法测定脾虚小鼠胃排空速度 ;用炭末法测定小肠的推进速度 ;用NaOH滴定法测定胃液的总酸度 ;用Anson_Mirshy改良法测定胃蛋白酶的活性。结果 :小儿醒胃液治疗组小鼠胃内酚红含量降低 ,小肠推进速度减慢 ;大鼠食量增加 ,胃液总酸度增加 ,胃蛋白酶活性增强 ,与模型组比较差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :小儿醒胃液是治疗儿童食滞脾虚证的良方。
Objective: To study the mechanism of children’s rejuvenation on the animals with deficiency of spleen. Methods: Gastric emptying rate in spleen deficiency mice was determined by phenol red quantitative method. The intestinal propulsion speed was determined by carbon powder method. The total acidity of gastric juice was determined by NaOH titration method. The activity of pepsin was measured by Anson_Mirshy method. Results: The content of phenolsulfol in the stomach of mice treated with Xingreng Liquid decreased and the speed of intestinal propulsion slowed down. The food intake of rats increased, the total acidity of gastric juice increased and the activity of pepsin increased. The difference was significant compared with model group (P <0. 0 5). Conclusion: Pediatric re-gastric juice is the cure for children with deficiency of spleen-deficiency syndrome.
