目的 :了解氩激光治疗周边孔缘性视网膜裂孔的疗效.方法 :用德国欧波同组合激光机的氩兰或氩绿激光 (波长分别为 488.0nm和 5 14.5nm) ,光斑为 2 0 0~ 30 0 μm ,光斑反应控制在Ⅱ级.对 185例周边视网膜裂孔 (其中 10 9例为单纯视网膜周边裂孔 ,76例为视网膜周边裂孔发生视网膜脱离后已先行手术治疗裂孔未封牢 )进行治疗.结果 :185只眼通过氩激光的治疗 ,裂孔全部封闭.经 2~ 3年随访 ,治疗前后患者的远视力对比 ,单纯周边裂孔组相差不显著 (χ2 =0 .92 ,P >0 .0 5 ) ,即氩激光治疗前后患者远视力无明显变化 ;手术后周边裂孔组治疗前后远视力相差显著 (χ2 =16 .16 ,P“,”Objective: To know the therapeutic effect of argon laser treatment of peri retinal tears/holes. Method: Opton Visulas Argon YAG argon blue or green laser light (wavelength 488.0 nm or 514.5 nm) was used for treatment. The size of photo coagulation was 200~300 μm. Photo coagulation reaction was controlled at grade Ⅱ. 185 cases of peri retinal tears/holes (including 109 cases of pure peri retinal tears/holes and 76 cases of post surgery retinal detachment) were treated with argon laser. Results: Peri retinal tears/holes of 185 eyes were closed after treatment with argon laser. A 2~3 year follow up shows that in 109 eyes, vision acuity of post treated eyes is of no significant improvement (χ 2=0.92, P>0.05), while 76 cases with retinal detachment surgery show a significant improvement (χ 2=16.16, P<0.05), as compared with the pre treated eyes. Conclusion: The long term therapeutic effect of argon laser treatment was ideal, so argon laser can be the first option in treatment of the disease.
