针对当前法学教育存在的诸多问题,教育部启动了“卓越法律人才教育培养计划”这一计划,建立了100多个国家级卓越法律人才教育培养基地,各省也相继推出全省范围内的卓越法律人才教育培养计划,建立地方性的卓越法律人才教育培养基地。这些计划旨在解决我国法学教育中存在的泛化与同质化、理论与实践脱节等问题。贵阳学院作为贵州省卓越法律人才培养基地,结合自身办学情况和特点,对本校卓越法律人才的培养进行了理论与实践的大胆探索,主要表现为合理制定应用型的人才培养方案,突出本校的办学特色与优势,改革教学方法,强调实践应用能力,以社会需求和法律职业为导向培养卓越法律人才。
In view of the many problems existing in current legal education, the Ministry of Education has initiated the “Plan for Education and Training of Outstanding Legal Professionals” and has established over 100 education and training bases for outstanding legal personnel at the national level. Provinces have also successively launched such programs as " Excellent law talent education and training programs, the establishment of local excellence legal talent education and training base. These plans aim to solve the problems of generalization and homogeneity in the legal education of our country and the disconnection between theory and practice. Guiyang University, as a base for training outstanding legal talents in Guizhou Province, conducted a bold exploration of the theory and practice of the training of outstanding legal talents in our university based on the situation and characteristics of its own running schools. It mainly manifested in rationally formulating an application-oriented training program and highlighting the school running Characteristics and advantages, reforming teaching methods, emphasizing practical application ability, and training outstanding legal talents with social needs and legal profession as guidance.
