目的 观察飞行员在平行秋千摆动前、中、后反映心脏植物神经调节功能的心率变异性( H R V) 特点,探讨以此评价线性加速度作用下前庭- 植物神经反应性的可能性。方法 记录37 名飞行员在秋千摆动前、中、后的连续心电图,进行频谱分析并计算低频成分( L F) 和高频成分( H F)之比值。对被试者中 L F/ H F 值在不同摆动阶段变化类型及分布与耐受摆动时间的关系进行初步分析。结果摆动中的 L F 明显降低, H F 明显增高, L F/ H F 值明显低于摆动前和摆动后( P< 0 .01) 。结论(1) 平行秋千摆动中迷走神经活动显著增强,反映迷走神经兴奋水平的 H F 应作为前庭耐力评价的重要指标。(2) 平行秋千摆动前、中、后心脏植物神经调节功能具有多样性和复杂性。
Objective To observe the characteristics of heart rate variability (HRV) before, during and after swinging parallel to the swing of aviators and to explore the possibility of evaluating the vestibular - autonomic nerve responsiveness under linear acceleration. Methods 37 pilots were recorded in the swing before, during and after the continuous ECG, the frequency spectrum analysis and calculation of low frequency (L F) and high frequency components (H F) ratio. The relationship between the type and distribution of L F / H F values at different swinging stages and the tolerance of swinging time was analyzed preliminarily. As a result, the L F in the swinging was significantly reduced, the H F was significantly increased, and the L F / H F value was significantly lower than before and after swinging (P <0.01). Conclusions (1) Vagus nerve activity is significantly increased in parallel swing swing, and H F, which reflects the excitement level of vagus nerve, should be used as an important index in evaluation of vestibular endurance. (2) parallel swing swing before, during and after cardiac autonomic nervous system has a variety of functions and complexity.
