随着世界经济的发展,质量作为社会进步和生产力发展的一个标志,成为国际市场的关注焦点。质量就是现代企业的生命,是其参与市场竞争的基本底线,也是改善企业经营管理、降低成本、提高经济效益、增强企业竞争力的重要途径。以质量求生存,以品种求发展,开展全面质量管理工作是当前企业经营管理的正确选择,也是开辟市场,谋求发展的重要保证。因此,开展全面质量管理工作应成为企业发展的必然方向。
