通过对铝合金铸锭在旋转磁场作用下凝固过程中的传热、传质和组织状态的实验研究,分析了旋转运动作用下产生倾斜柱状晶的原因;确定了Al-Cu合金在某一旋转运动条件下产生倾斜柱状晶的溶质含量的临界值和其它一些规律;并分析了电磁搅拌产生特征偏析的原因。
Through the experimental study on the heat transfer, mass transfer and microstructure of the aluminum alloy ingot under the action of rotating magnetic field, the reason of the inclined columnar crystal produced by rotating motion was analyzed. Under the condition of motion, the critical value of solute content of inclined columnar crystals and some other regularities were generated. The reason of the characteristic segregation caused by electromagnetic stirring was analyzed.
