近几年农机成人教育的实践证明,要提高农民农机技术水平,不能完全依靠正规的农机培训班,特别是时间较长的培训班,而应该把重点转移到多种形式培训,如办农机夜校、雨季讲座、淡季班、以修带学班、技术咨询、函授培训等,还可以采用下列几种方式。组织农机技术讲师团挑选二三个农机理论水平较高、实践经验较丰富、表达能力较好的教师,巡回到各乡镇讲课。下乡之前应预先向乡镇农机站发通知,让机手作好准备。时间在春节后的一个月较合适。每个乡镇讲课一天,讲机器构造原理、常见故障分析与排除、使用操作与保养和农机经营管理知识。
