集体所有制理论的滞后影响了集体所有制的改革。作者认为集体所有制萎缩、合作制发展是符合客观规律的;应把集体与合作区别开来,视为两种类型的公有制。
The lag in the theory of collective ownership has affected the reform of collective ownership. The author thinks that the collective ownership is shrinking and the development of cooperation system is in conformity with the objective law. The distinction between collective and cooperation should be regarded as two types of public ownership.
