目的探讨人乳头状瘤病毒(HPV)6/11、16/18在尖锐湿疣(CA)组织中的感染情况及其与生存素和增殖细胞核抗原(PCNA)表达的关系。方法HPV分型PCR检测试剂盒检测HPV6/11、16/18在41例尖锐湿疣组织、23例正常皮肤组织中的表达情况,同时用SP免疫组化法检测生存素及PCNA蛋白的表达。结果①正常对照组未检测到HPV6/11、16/18感染;HPV6/11在尖锐湿疣中的感染率为87.80%(36/41),与正常对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.005);HPV16/18在尖锐湿疣中的感染率为19.51%(8/41)广与正常对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。②生存素和PCNA在尖锐湿疣组织中的阳性率分别为53.66%(22/41)和87.80%(36/41),在正常皮肤组织中的阳性率分别为8.70%(2/23)和47.83%(11/ 23)。尖锐湿疣组中生存素和PCNA表达的阳性率与正常对照组比较差异均有统计学意义,且尖锐湿疣中两者的阳性表达呈正相关(P=0.009)。③生存素及PCNA在有HPV6/11感染患者中的表达明显强于无HPV6/11感染患者。结论HPV感染可上调生存素与PCNA的表达。
Objective To investigate the infection of human papillomavirus (HPV) 6/11 and 16/18 in CA and its relationship with the expression of survivin and proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA). Methods The HPV type HPV test kit was used to detect the expression of HPV6 / 11 and HPV16 / 18 in 41 cases of condyloma acuminatum and 23 cases of normal skin tissues. The expressions of survivin and PCNA protein were detected by SP immunohistochemistry. Results ① HPV6 / 11 and 16/18 were not detected in the normal control group. The infection rate of HPV6 / 11 in condyloma acuminatum was 87.80% (36/41), which was significantly different from the normal control group (P <0.005). The infection rate of HPV16 / 18 in condyloma acuminatum was 19.51% (8/41). There was no significant difference between the two groups (P> 0.05). ② The positive rates of survivin and PCNA in condyloma acuminatum were 53.66% (22/41) and 87.80% (36/41) respectively, and the positive rates in normal skin tissues were 8.70% ( 2/23) and 47.83% (11/23) respectively. The positive rates of survivin and PCNA expression in condyloma acuminatum group were significantly different from those in normal control group (P = 0.009). Survivin and PCNA expression in patients with HPV6 / 11 infection was significantly stronger than those without HPV6 / 11 infection. Conclusion HPV infection can up-regulate the expression of survivin and PCNA.
