目的评价盐酸戊乙奎醚(长托宁)在COPD急性发作期的临床疗效。方法治疗组:基础治疗十雾化吸入盐酸戊乙奎醚(长托宁)lmg+生理盐水15ml以雾化吸人,2次/d,疗程14d;对照组:给予常规基础治疗,包括吸氧、抗炎、解痉、化痰等。结果治疗组临床总有效率为90%,有效病例中咳喘症状缓解起效时间为1~7d,平均(3.8±2.3)d。对照组临床总有效率为80%,有效病例中咳喘症状缓解起效时间为4~9d,平均(6.8±1.7)d。两组患者治疗前后肺功能改善情况对比有显著改善。结论应用抗胆碱药物可以降低胆碱能神经张力,扩张支气管,达到良好的平喘效果,所以新型抗胆碱能药物成为治疗AECOPD的有效药物之一。
Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of penehyclidine hydrochloride (SCT) in acute exacerbation of COPD. Methods The treatment group: Basic treatment ten atomized inhalation of penehyclidine hydrochloride (penehyclidine hydrochloride) lmg + saline 15ml inhalation, 2 times / d, treatment 14d; control group: given conventional basic treatment, including oxygen, Anti-inflammatory, antispasmodic, phlegm and so on. Results The total clinical effective rate in the treatment group was 90%. The effective time for relieving cough and asthma in the effective cases was 1 to 7 days, with an average of (3.8 ± 2.3) days. In the control group, the total effective rate was 80%. The effective time for relief of cough and asthma symptoms was 4 ~ 9 days (mean, 6.8 ± 1.7 days). Two groups of patients before and after treatment to improve lung function compared to a significant improvement. Conclusion Anticholinergic drugs can reduce the cholinergic nerve tension, dilate the bronchus and achieve good antiasthmatic effect. Therefore, the new anticholinergic drugs become one of the effective drugs for the treatment of AECOPD.
