随着医疗制度的改革,医药分开核算、分别管理,医院的药品再也不会成为医院的主要经济收入来源,也不能做为一种医疗补偿机制,只能更好的为临床服务、为病人服务。医疗制度改革的目的,是在保障人民健康水平不断提高的基础上,将医疗费用降到最低水平,而医疗费用的降低主要与药品的采购与管理有关。笔者对以上问题提几点看法与广大读者商讨。
With the reform of the medical system, the separate accounting and separate management of medicine, the hospital medicine will never become the hospital’s main source of income, nor can it be used as a medical compensation mechanism, but only better for clinical services and for patients service. The purpose of the reform of the medical system is to reduce the medical expenses to a minimum on the basis of ensuring the continuous improvement of people’s health level. The reduction of medical expenses is mainly related to the procurement and management of medicines. The author put forward some views on the above issues with the majority of readers to discuss.
