从蔗渣烧碱蒸煮黑液中,酸沉淀出木素,用气相色谱法研究所得木素的硝基苯碱性氧化和空气碱性氧化产物。实验表明,其反应产物都以紫丁香醛、香兰素和对羟基苯甲醛为主。不同碱蒸煮工艺,对木素碱性氧化产物有较大影响,来自八间厂的样品,两类氧化反应主要产物的转化率,分别在9.9~21.6%之间和5.9~18.9%之间,各厂相互差别较大,碱蒸煮条件缓和,其木素氧化产物转化率较高。空气碱性氧化产物中,紫丁香醛与香兰素的转化率最高达15%。开拓黑液蔗渣碱木素用作制紫丁香醛等低分子化合物的原料是可取的。
From the bagasse caustic cooking black liquor, the acid precipitated the lignin, and the nitrobenzene basic oxidation and air basic oxidation products of the resulting lignin were studied by gas chromatography. Experiments show that the reaction products are mainly linalool, vanillin and p-hydroxybenzaldehyde. Different alkali cooking processes had a great influence on the basic oxidation products of lignin. The samples from eight plants showed the conversion rates of the main products of the two oxidation reactions, ranging from 9.9 to 21.6% and from 5.9 to 18.9% The large differences between the various plants, alkaline cooking conditions ease, the lignin oxidation products higher conversion rate. In air alkaline oxidation products, the conversion of linalool to vanillin is up to 15%. It is advisable to develop black liquor bagasse alkali lignin for use as raw material for producing low molecular weight compounds such as syringaldehyde.
