2007年3月1 6日,十届全国人大第五次会议通过了《中华人民共和国企业所得税法》,决定从2008年1月1日起实施。新《企业所得税法》的颁布实施,对营造各类企业公平竞争的税收环境,推进税制现代化建设,促进国民经济又好又快发展,将会产生深远影响。本文拟对我国企业所得税法的变化与实施的意义作以简要阐述。
On March 16, 2007, the Fifth Session of the Tenth National People’s Congress passed the “Enterprise Income Tax Law of the People’s Republic of China” and decided to implement it on January 1, 2008. The promulgation and implementation of the new “Enterprise Income Tax Law” will have a far-reaching impact on creating a fair tax environment for various types of enterprises, promoting tax system modernization and promoting the sound and rapid development of the national economy. This article intends to give a brief account of the significance of the change and implementation of the Law of the PRC on Enterprise Income Taxes.
