现就我科1960年1月至1987年5月(其中1969～1978年干部病房撤销)18年中收治的50岁以上住院干部患者1873例进行疾病分析。一、资料和方法以≥60岁为老年期,45～59岁划为老年前期,本组仅记≥50岁者。同一患者同时患两种或以上疾病时,则在每种疾病患者数中各记1次。年度内因同一种疾病重复住院者,仅计算1次。二、住院情况 18年中,共收住院,873例(6276例次)。其中男性1689例,女性184例;老年期1553例(男
