全面集成企业所有信息资源的ERP(企业资源计划)系统的核心部分———“ERP财务管理体系”能为企业提供实时、全面、准确的财务信息,为企业做出正确的企业决策提供优质的信息平台。ERP财务管理实施成功后给企业带来管理上的卓越成效也有目共睹,但在实施过程中,尚有许多有待完善的理论与现实问题需要进行专门研究,特别是对ERP从选择类型到实施应用过程中的关键步骤和如何把控和防范ERP财务管理实施风险的深深反思中,本文对企业如何充分发挥ERP财务管理体系的作用提出如下建议。
