上世纪90年代中后期,境外化妆品品牌开始大举进军中国内地,一批中国本土员工加入了外企的工作团队。他们是外资品牌攻占内地市场开疆拓土的功臣,从铺设渠道到细分市场,见证并参与了全过程。十多年来,这批人从基层员工成长为外企驻华的中坚力量。他们的成长过程正是外资企业本土化的过程,他们是外企本土化的实现者和桥梁。
In the mid and late 90s of the last century, overseas cosmetic brands started to aggressively enter the mainland of China. A group of Chinese natives joined the working team of foreign enterprises. They are the foreign-funded brands to capture the Mainland market pioneer hero, from laying channels to market segments, witness and participate in the entire process. For more than a decade, these people have grown from grassroots employees to become the backbone of foreign companies in China. Their growth process is the localization of foreign-funded enterprises, they are the realization of foreign localization and bridge.
