马龙区位于云南省东北部曲靖市,全区辖三乡两镇五街道,总土面积1600.34 km2,总人口21.17万人.2020年,马龙区新楼房小流域实施了以奖代补试点项目,项目区隶属马龙区马鸣乡管辖,主要涉及新楼房村委会的新楼房、新田、大龙树、阿扯麦地4个自然村300户1119人.流域土地总面积37.28 km2,水土流失面积29.1 km2,治理面积为28.97 km2,治理程度99.6％.工程总投资2347.92万元,其中:中央财政1000.00万元,自筹资金1347.92万元.
