在广泛听取读者反映的基础上,我社于3月30日,评选出“社会主义市场经济与海关改革”征文及“海关一日”征文获奖作品,具体获奖情况如下: “社会主义市场经济与海关改革”征文,从1993年第1期至1994年第2期,共发表作品16篇。其中: 一等奖:《试论市场经济对“促进为主”方针的新要求》(作者:裘希 1993年第1期)。二等奖:《培育、推动报关服务市场刍议》(作者:吴明祥 1993年第12期);《对新时期海关统计工作改革的一些思考》(作者:王宝阳 1993年第12期)。三等奖:《探索在市场经济条件下队伍建设的新路子》(作者:周复创 1993年第6期);《深化海关业务改革的一些思考》(作者:陶济生 1994年第2期)。 “海关一日”征文,从1992年第1期至1994年第3期,共发表作品30篇,其中:
