秋日下午。我邀友人一起骑自行车到小城十里外的小河游泳,想把心中的焦虑驱除一些。我们慢慢行着,自由自在地赏着田野里自生自灭的野花野草和远方恬静的霞色。不经意中,友人给我介绍了一首外国小诗:我和谁都不争,和谁争我都不屑;我爱大自然,其次就是艺术;我双手烤着,生命之火取暖;火萎了,我也准备走了。我喜欢极了。感觉它表现了一种通达淡定的人生情怀,是一种顺随天心而又很有意义的理想活法。我让友人把这首美丽的小诗重复了几遍,很快,我便将它牢牢记住了。友人说,
