诤言是一种正向舆论,反映社会规律,维护绝大多数公众的利益,是具有真理性的舆论。诤言对于一个社会和国家的发展来说是非常有益的舆论方式。应该鼓励诤言的发起和传播。而只有深入地了解这些发起者进行诤言传播的动机和影响他们行为的各种因素,才能很好地创造和培养这样一种环境——让社会上更多的人民群众愿意成为诤言的发起者。本文就诤言传播发起者的动机和影响他们行为的因素,从内部和外部两个层面做了阐述。并对诤言的发起者如何能使别人更好地接受和采纳自己的意见提出了建议。
Myth is a positive public opinion, reflecting the laws of society and safeguarding the interests of the overwhelming majority of the public. It is a truthful public opinion. Suffransion is a very useful mode of public opinion for the development of a society and a country. Propaganda should be encouraged and disseminated. Only an in-depth understanding of the motivations of these promoters in spreading their messages and the various factors that influence their behavior can create and cultivate an environment in which more people in the community are willing to become the initiators of rhetoric. This essay elaborates on the motivation of the promoters and the factors influencing their behavior, both internally and externally. And made suggestions as to how the originator of the shit can enable others to better accept and adopt their own opinions.
