[目的]了解东营市城镇居民对癌症防治知识的了解情况。[方法]采用整群抽样方法,对东营市东营、河口两区3916名20岁以上居民进行癌症知识问卷调查。[结果]调查人群问卷总体成绩(16.28±5.76,总分28分)。问卷各题成绩差异有统计学意义(F=1262.26,P<0.01)。其中关于“我国70年代以来患癌症人数越来越多”问题成绩最高,有关“我国常见癌症的种类、癌症的危险因素、警示症状、预防措施”等问题成绩次之,有关癌症的可防可治性的问题成绩最低。男性问卷总体成绩(15.57±5.10)明显低于女性(19.03±4.86),差异有统计学意义(t=21.25,P<0.01)。男性不同年龄组问卷成绩差异有统计学意义(F=17.42,P<0.01),40~59岁年龄组问卷成绩最高。女性不同年龄组问卷成绩差异无统计学意义(F=0.13,P>0.05)。大专以上文化程度居民成绩最高(19.21±5.55),高中、初中、小学文化程度居民成绩次之(15.70±4.53、15.82±5.32、15.67±4.59),文盲成绩最低(11.60±5.68),不同文化程度人群问卷得分差异有统计学意义(F=2013.77,P<0.01)。技术人员问卷成绩最高,工人、干部、自由职业、退休及家属问卷成绩次之,不同职业人群问卷成绩差异有统计学意义(F=119.73,P<0.01)。[结论]居民对癌症知识知晓程度不高,尤其是对于癌症的可防可治性,需要接受系统的癌症知识教育。不同年龄、性别、职业、文化程度居民对癌症知识的知晓程度不同,应根据不同人群采取不同的教育策略。
[Objective] To understand the urban residents in Dongying know about cancer prevention knowledge. [Methods] A cluster sampling method was used to investigate the cancer knowledge among 3916 residents over the age of 20 in Dongying and Estuary of Dongying City. [Results] The survey questionnaire overall score (16.28 ± 5.76, with a total score of 28 points). Questionnaire scores of the results were statistically significant (F = 1262.26, P <0.01). Among them, the highest scores were on “the number of people suffering from cancer in our country since the 1970s”, followed by “the types of common cancers in our country, the risk factors of cancer, warning symptoms and preventive measures” The problem of preventable and treatable problems is the lowest. The overall score of male questionnaire (15.57 ± 5.10) was significantly lower than that of female (19.03 ± 4.86), the difference was statistically significant (t = 21.25, P <0.01). There were significant differences in the scores of males in different age groups (F = 17.42, P <0.01), and the scores in the age group of 40-59 were the highest. There was no significant difference in the questionnaire scores between women of different age groups (F = 0.13, P> 0.05). The questionnaire of technician had the highest achievement, followed by the results of questionnaire of workers, cadres, free-lancers, retirees and relatives. The scores of questionnaire among different occupational groups were statistically significant (F = 119.73, P <0.01). [Conclusion] Residents’ awareness of cancer knowledge is not high, especially for the prevention and cure of cancer, and needs to receive systematic knowledge of cancer education. People of different ages, genders, professions and educational level have different awareness of cancer knowledge. Different education strategies should be adopted according to different groups of people.
