目的:探讨依那西普联合骨瓜提取物对老年类风湿关节炎(RA)患者关节功能及生活质量的影响。方法:选取湖北医药学院附属太和医院2014年11月至2015年8月收治的90例RA老年患者,采用随机数表分为对照组和观察组,各45例。对照组单纯给予骨瓜提取物治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用依那西普联合治疗,比较两组治疗对患者关节功能和生活质量的影响。结果:治疗后观察组关节功能JOA(82.7±4.5)分较对照组(76.8±5.5)分显著较高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗不良反应率4.44%较对照组17.18%明显较低,QOL(87.2±5.3)分较对照组(78.8±5.7)分明显较高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:MTX联合骨瓜提取物能有效改善RA患者的关节功能,减少不良反应症状的发生和改善预后,提高患者的生活质量。
Objective: To investigate the effect of Etanercept combined with bone marrow extract on joint function and quality of life in elderly patients with rheumatoid arthritis (RA). Methods: A total of 90 elderly patients with RA who were admitted to Taihe Hospital Affiliated to Hubei Medical College from November 2014 to August 2015 were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 45 cases in each group. The control group was treated with pure cantaloupe extract. The observation group was treated with Etanercept combined with the control group. The effects of the two groups on the joint function and quality of life were compared. Results: The JOA score of the observation group was significantly higher (82.7 ± 4.5) than that of the control group (76.8 ± 5.5), the difference was statistically significant (P0.05). The adverse reaction rate of the observation group was 4.44% 17.18% was significantly lower, QOL (87.2 ± 5.3) points were significantly higher than the control group (78.8 ± 5.7) points, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: MTX combined with bone pumpkin extract can effectively improve the joint function of patients with RA, reduce the incidence of adverse reactions and improve prognosis, improve the quality of life of patients.
