高职院校教师教学能力直接影响其教学活动的最终效果,同时对高职院校办学特色的体现以及教学质量的提升也有着很大的影响,本文提出了一些培养教师教学能力的观点、措施和建议,并根据吉林电子信息职业技术学院的特点及实际情况,在进一步提高高职教师的教学能力方面进行了有益的实践。
