基于私募投资基金是国外发达国家普遍使用的投资工具,对个人投资者、机构客户理财观念与方式及国际金融市场都带来了巨大影响,在目前资本市场里具有重要地位。在国内资本市场发展过程中,尤其是对证券市场而言,越来越多的资金以私募资金的方式存在,是证券市场中不可低估的投资力量。因目前国内没有法律层面上的明确监督和约束,私募基金给证券市场带来的不确定因素增加。针对现有市场存在的问题和潜在风险,围绕私募投资基金发展及资本运作这一主题,分别就私募基金的概念、种类起源和现状,私募基金发展的客观必然性以及私募基金的证券资本投资的运作模式,进行较为深入、系统和全面的研究,从私募投资基金运行特征出发,提出了行之有效的资金管理措施和私募证券投资基金发展策略。
Private equity-based investment funds are widely used as investment vehicles in developed countries.
