[目的]探讨冠心病患者血浆同型半胱氨酸和内皮素的相关性。[方法]对56例冠心病患者和46例健康对照分别进行血浆同型半胱氨酸和内皮素测定,并同时测定血浆中循环内皮细胞。[结果]冠心病组同型半胱氨酸(20.82±6.61μmol/L)、内皮素(83.51±14.47ng/L)、循环内皮细胞(11.13±6.06cells/0.9μl)的水平,明显高于对照组同型半胱氨酸(9.35±2.60μmol/L)、内皮素(48.57±15.64ng/L)、循环内皮细胞(2.61±0.89cells/0.9μl)的水平,P均小于0.001。同型半胱氨酸与内皮素、循环内皮细胞呈正相关(r=0.532,P﹤0.01;r=0.630,P﹤0.01)。[结论]同型半胱氨酸和内皮素有一定的相关性,对动脉粥样硬化的发生发展有促进作用。
[Objective] To investigate the correlation between plasma homocysteine and endothelin in patients with coronary heart disease. [Method] The plasma homocysteine and endothelin levels were measured in 56 patients with coronary heart disease and 46 healthy controls, and the circulating endothelial cells in plasma were measured simultaneously. [Results] The levels of homocysteine (20.82 ± 6.61μmol / L), endothelin (83.51 ± 14.47ng / L) and circulating endothelial cells (11.13 ± 6.06cells / 0.9μl) in coronary heart disease group were significantly higher than those in control The levels of homocysteine (9.35 ± 2.60μmol / L), ET (48.57 ± 15.64ng / L) and circulating endothelial cells (2.61 ± 0.89cells / 0.9μl) were all less than 0.001. Homocysteine was positively correlated with ET and circulating endothelial cells (r = 0.532, P <0.01; r = 0.630, P <0.01). [Conclusion] Homocysteine and endothelin have a certain correlation, which can promote the development of atherosclerosis.
