本刊讯《北京市工业污染行业、生产工艺调整退出及设备淘汰目录(2014年版)》日前正式对外发布。《目录》基本覆盖了北京市工业领域近三年计划实施调整退出的污染行业,其中105个污染行业工艺、50项落后生产设备被明确列入这份“负面清单”。预计到2016年底,北京市关停退出的工业污染企业将达1200家,而且全部就地关停,绝不向外省市输出污染。《目录》中对具体行业的退出时间做出了明确规定。除部分行业、工艺标明要在2015年、2016年完成淘汰退出外,大多数都需要“立即退出”。列入《目录》的涉及企业,有
The publication of “Beijing industrial pollution industry, the withdrawal of production technology and equipment out of directory (2014 Edition)” recently officially released. The “Catalog” basically covers the polluting industries that have been withdrawn from regulation and adjustment in the industrial field of Beijing for the past three years.
