日前,重庆长安工业(集团)有限责任公司与中科院重庆研究院合作,成功研发出首台重庆制造的弧焊机器人,该机器人预计将在生产线上进行试用。在重庆长安工业的机器人项目装配区进行的试验中,两块长约25 cm、厚6 mm的低碳钢不到2 min就被此次研发的弧焊机器人焊接在了一起,焊缝平整均匀。此次研发的机器人,对于厚度在10 mm以下的钢板都能进行焊接,
Recently, Chongqing Changan Industrial (Group) Co., Ltd., in cooperation with Chongqing Research Institute of Chinese Academy of Sciences, successfully developed the first arc welding robot manufactured in Chongqing and the robot is expected to be trialled on the production line.
