我厂生产的一立方米挖掘机斗杆是由四块钢板组成的箱形梁,全长4.85米,断面尺寸见图1。斗杆过去采用埋弧自动焊单条焊缝施焊,焊完两条焊缝后用人工将工件翻180°再焊另两条焊缝。该工艺辅助时间长,体力劳动强,工件变形大,焊缝质量差。现革新采用双焊头CO_2保护自动焊,克服了上述缺点,工效提高了一倍。该设备内转胎和焊车组成(外形示意见图
One cubic meter excavator stick produced by our factory is a box beam composed of four steel plates. The total length is 4.85 meters. The section size is shown in Figure 1. In the past, the stick used a single submerged arc welding to weld a single weld. After the two welds were welded, the workpiece was manually turned 180° and the other two welds were welded. The process has long auxiliary time, strong manual labor, large workpiece deformation, and poor weld quality.
