煤矿企业要搞好安全生产,必须要做好员工的安全教育培训工作,提高员工的安全意识,提高员工的安全操作技能和灾害防范意识,最大限度的减少人身伤害事故的发生。我们技校生是将来煤炭企业的员工,教学中说到安全时,好多学生的安全意识并不高,或者他们所谓的安全意识只有一个“怕”字,并不是说通过自己的一些努力尽量做到安全生产。因此培养安全意识不仅是对煤矿员工,更多的是为即将成为煤矿员工的学生。
