研究rasp21和p53表达和DNA倍体异常与尿路上皮肿瘤发生关系。方法:应用流式细胞术和细胞免疫荧光技术对52例尿路上皮肿瘤rasp21和p53蛋白和DNA含量进行定量检测。结果:异倍体22例(42.3%),二倍体30例(57.7%);异倍体肿瘤其DNA指数、增殖指数和S期细胞比率均高于二倍体肿瘤,但差异无显著性(P>0.05);rasp21和p53共同表达25例(48.1%),随肿瘤病理分级分期的上升而增加(P<0.05);异倍体肿瘤rasp21和p53共同表达16例(72.7%),二倍体肿瘤rasp21和p53共同阳性9例(30%),两组间差异显著(P<0.01)。结论:DNA倍体异常、rasp21和p53的共同表达参与尿路上皮肿瘤的发生和发展。||关键词##4尿路上皮肿瘤;;rasp21;;p53;;DNA倍体;;流式细胞术
To investigate the relationship between rasp21 and p53 expression and DNA ploidy abnormalities and urothelial tumors. Methods: Flow cytometry and immunofluorescence were used to detect the protein and DNA content of rasp21 and p53 in 52 cases of urothelial tumors. Results: aneuploidy was found in 22 cases (42.3%) and diploid in 30 cases (57.7%). The DNA index, proliferation index and S phase of aneuploid tumors were higher than that of diploid tumors There was no significant difference between the two groups (P> 0.05). The expression of rasp21 and p53 in 25 cases (48.1%) was increased with the increase of tumor stage (P <0.05) 16 cases (72.7%) were co-expressed, 9 cases (30%) were positive for diploid tumor rasp21 and p53, and there was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.01).
