中国科学技术期刊编辑学会林业编辑专业委员会于1993年11月23日在浙江省宁波市召开。参加会议的代表有来自各省、市、自治区和林业部有关直属单位的教授、研究员、编审、副编审、高级工程师和中青年科技工作者,共40人。出席成立大会的领导有林业部科技司副司长刘效章同志,中国科技期刊编辑学会常务副理事长鲁一同同志,学会教委主任王立民同志,林业部宁波林校校长李贤超同志和副校长蓝增寿同志等,成立大会由筹委会秘书金旻同志主持。
China Science and Technology Journal Editing Society of Forestry editorial board was held on November 23, 1993 in Ningbo, Zhejiang Province. Representatives from participating provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions and the Ministry of Forestry units directly under the professors, researchers, editors, deputy editor, senior engineer and middle-aged science and technology workers, a total of 40 people. Leaders attending the inaugural meeting were Comrade Liu Xiaizhang, deputy director of the Science and Technology Department of the Ministry of Forestry, Comrade Lu Litong, executive vice chairman of the China Science and Technology Periodical Editing Society, Comrade Wang Limin, director of the Education Commission, and Li Zengshou, Comrades, etc. The founding meeting is chaired by Comrade Kim Min, secretary of the Preparatory Committee.
